The Effects Of Observing The Wind

  • You will never sow because there may never be a convenient time (Eccl. 11:4; cons. Job 14:1). If you do not sow, you have noting to reap (Gal. 6:7; Pro. 14:23).  The result is spiritual poverty, academic and material poverty (const. 2Pt. 1:5-9; Pro. 12:24; 24:30-34).   Such youths will remain beneath only.

  • You can never come to a conclusive end even after beginning a great task (Pro. 12:27). Such youths are wasters.  They readily get discouraged, backslid and  throw in the towel (Num. 13:27,28).  They never can please God (Jn. 8:29; Heb. 10:38,39).

Counsel For The Wise

The Lord’s counsel is never mind the wind, but sow every moment (Eccl. 11:6).  So, sow seed of righteousness, prayers, evangelism, diligent academic work, etc and you are to reap bountifully (Pro. 14:23; Gal. 6:7,8) and the God of harvest will bless your work and give you the grace to reap in Jesus’ name.  Amen.
