Welcome to the December Retreat Segment
I want to welcome everybody to this segment of our December retreat titled, Entering and Passing Through the Pool. It promises to be a wonderful time.
The only problem is that listening is a very big burden. But if we listen and pay attention and understand the message, we may not wait for prayers when our miracles will be immediately given to us. So everyone should have to pay attention to understand the message.

And before we go to the message right now, let’s listen to the music ministry. Oh, yes, he cares, I know he cares. His heart is washed with my grief.

Call to Prayer: “Does Jesus Care?”
We should be praying right now, talking to God. We have heard the song.
Someone is asking question in our midst, and the question is, does Jesus care? Because of what you are passing through, or what you have seen within the year, or years gone by, I want you to open your mouth and start talking to God. Tell him that right now, I know you care. Maybe you are among the people in the market that fire has consumed their ways, and are asking, how are we going to do it? We are just coming out from the local government or state government, destroying our shores.
We are just building on, and now the fire has come again. Well, we will understand that God is in the matter. He cares enough, and he will see us through.
Let’s open our mouth and talk to God. Yes, ask him to make himself present before you. Let him touch you, so you will understand that he cares.
Prayer
Thank you, Almighty God. I bless your name. I thank you for whom you are.
Thank you for all the things you allow to come our ways. You programmed them so that we become what we want us to be, and there is nothing that will be taken away as a matter of blessing and miracle from us. You did so because you love us so much.
So I thank you so much. Thank you, wonderful God. In Jesus’ name, I pray.
Emphasis on Understanding
I would like us to listen very attentively this time. Understanding is very, very important. If we do understand the message, already the Word of God itself will work the miracles.
Remember that understanding is a particular aspect of wisdom. Wisdom is made up of two components, knowledge and understanding. If I tell you that understanding is most important, nobody will doubt it, because in acquiring knowledge, if you don’t have understanding, knowledge will not be acquired.
And in application of wisdom, if you do not have understanding, you will have nothing to apply. Please, let’s have understanding. I will make it, bring it down to the level that everybody, both high and low, will be able to follow me.
Message Title
Everything Is God’s Agent
Praise the Lord. The topic of my message says, everything is God’s agent. Praise the Lord.
We can as well say that everything is an instrument in the hand of the Lord, which simply means that God governs all events in this life. And there is nothing that will escape his perusa, his sight, his vision. Nothing will get away without him examining it.
He knows them. And so, because God is in control, we have to lose control. We don’t need to have any anxiety within and around us.
Let’s give him control, knowing fully well that the program must be according to his purpose.
Scripture Reading: Romans 8:28
Let’s go to Romans chapter 8 verse 28, the book of Romans chapter 8 verse 28 to see from there exactly what we are trying to say. Everything is an agent in the hand of the Lord.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the God according to his purpose. So everything works together for good. But the things that we call evil, things we call good, whichever name we give to them, give it to the Lord, he turns it to good.
Why “Why Me?” Is the Wrong Question
And there are so many things that we are not able to understand because we are human beings. And trying to understand them will be very worrisome. Eventually we may not, except we follow God.
Like death, like losing things every time, like rising and falling. Why should trauma always come to me? That’s why people say, why me? And they ask the wrong question instead of what does God want me to learn? Why is a wrong question? And so everything serves as an agent in the hand of God. He makes it right, immediately handles it.
Illustration: The Keyboard and the Human Vessel
I worked in the music ministry when they were singing, and we can see the keyboard here. It has music, but it can never produce music on itself. It’s not possible for that keyboard to begin to sing to us right now, except a man touches it or breathes into it, and then he produces or creates songs.
That is the same thing with human beings, except we are touched by the Spirit of the Almighty God, or used or breathed upon. We cannot do anything of ourself. And God has diverse ways by which he does what he would like to do.
All we need to do is to submit to him.
God’s Attraction to the Weak and Despised
You see, there are so many people on earth that we see as less privileged. We see them as despised.
You yourself would have been among them. You are saying, what is happening? Anywhere I go, people look down on me. Sometimes they think they are rejected, and there are people we see as seemingly unqualified fellows for a particular thing.
They are the people that God enjoys most. God likes to be with them. Anywhere you see weak people, anywhere you see people that cannot help themselves, expect Jesus around them.
This is true.
Bible Example: Bethesda Pool (John 5)
If you go to John chapter 5, let’s just go there. Let’s go to John chapter 5. You see, Jesus likes being there.
So you may be very down. You may not know what to do. Just look at it.
After this, there was a feast of the Jews, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is at Jerusalem the sheep market, a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five poaches. In these lay a great multitude of important folk of blind, hard, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.
But if you go to verse 6, when Jesus saw him lie, okay, read from verse 5, and a certain man was there, which had an infirmity, how many years? Thirty and eighty years. Which saw, when Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he sayeth unto him, Will thou be made whole?
You see, these folks attracted Jesus in their weakest state. They didn’t know who was with them, but that was man that is always attracted.
He knew that from the beginning man had been broken, and he is the only one that is expected to amend our dreams. And so he went there. Who did he go to see? The one that had been there longest.
Consider somebody that has suffered an infirmity for thirty, eighty years. How old is he? Almost the greater part of his life had been wasted, but man can forget you, not Jesus. You may even reject yourself for what you have done, but Jesus never loses hope on any man.
And so he came to him.
Your Problems Attract God
That’s exactly what I’m trying to show this time. Your problems attract God.
Your challenges attract him. They may come upon you like a heavy storm, and that is the reason sometimes people think that because they have problems that Christ is not with them. It is not true.
Bible Example: Storm on the Sea (Mark 4)
If you go to read the book of Mark chapter four, let’s see it. Let’s see Mark chapter four. If you are there, you read from verse thirty-five.
Let’s see what happened at that particular place in time. They think that Jesus, because they’re passing through trials and trouble, people can say, he’s a child of God. Why are all these things happening? He himself can as well say so.
And the same day when the evil was come from thirty-five, he said unto them, let us pass over unto the other side. And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.
And there was arose a great storm of wind. And the waves hit into the ship so that it was now full. You see, Jesus was there, but there was storm.
It could be a storm of allegations, a storm of criticisms. It could be a storm of failure, rising and falling, a storm of sickness. It does not mean that Jesus is not around you.
Here he was there. And this trouble came.
Why the Enemy Fights the Valuable
All the troubles that are coming around you and all of them that are wanting as if they want to switch life out of you is an example that Jesus is with you.
Devil does not have anything to do with a weakling. It does not have anything to do with somebody who is not important. Does he need to go and fight a native daughter isolated in the locker? What does he have to do with the madman that is already performing his works?
He looks for the people that the announcement has been made in heaven that they will serve God.
And therefore, we should not fear because the Lord is with us.
Bible Example: Joseph’s Testimony (Genesis 50:20)
You see, the troubles are meant for our good. Open to Genesis chapter 50 verse 20.
Let’s see. I’m just trying to do this so we move on. Genesis chapter 20 verse 50.
Let’s see. What if we can’t serve God in a comfort zone? It doesn’t work, brother. Sister, it doesn’t work.
Genesis chapter 50. I read verse 20. But as for you, you thought evil against me, but God meant it unto good to bring to pass as it is this day, to save much people alive.
You see, that was Joseph responding to the brothers when they saw him. You are still alive. We have buried you.
We have even done the funeral to our people and our own selves that are here. We thought you would have decayed in the grave. He said, I am Joseph.
And then everybody began to quake. And Joseph said, that is how God treats man’s evil. He turns it to be good in his hand.
You meant to finish me, but God saved me that I should save souls, that the entire commonwealth of Israel should not be wasted. And they reserved them.
Subheadings Introduced
Now, I will have to go in these two little subheadings before we begin to pray.
Number one, the servant girl. And number two, the steward of the Lord.
The servant girl. That’s point one. Two, the steward of the Lord.
Subheading 1
The Servant Girl (2 Kings 5)
Let’s go to the servant girl.
Second Kings chapter five. Read from this one as good there. Second King, if we pay attention very well, like I’ve said, we will be very glad to say bye-bye to this aged 2025.
And in great expectation, we’ll be waiting to welcome in advance 2026. Because whatsoever enemy has planned, will be turned right out for our miracles. Second Kings chapter five from verse one.
Captain of the coast of the king of Syria was a great man with his master and honorable. Because by him, the Lord has given deliverance unto Syria. He was also a mighty man in valor, but he was a leper.
And the Syrians had gone out by companies and had brought away captive out of the land of Israel, a little maid. And she waited on their man’s wife. And she said unto her mistress, would God, my Lord, we are with the prophet that is in Samaria for he would recover him of his leprosy.
And the one went in and told his Lord, say, toss and toss said the man that is of the land of Israel.
You see, whenever we read this story, we always lift up the character Elijah. And then because of his miraculous, you know, stance, and then Nehman for being a leper and the gift that he brought who wants to be a millionaire.
But we do not actually look into the subject matter of this topic. The main character, subject matter of this place is the girl missionary. The Bible calls her a servant girl.
And she did not have a name. And her parents, they were not known. Nothing like coming from this family. None of those titles, but she was among the greatest shining lights in the scripture.
Telling us that it doesn’t matter how old you are, you can still serve God and serve him effectively. She was a missionary.
Now, she came to this place now. She was not given as a house girl. They had no relationship with this general.
The general was so powerful that Syrians depend on his strength. And he could go out at any time campaign, military campaign. And he dealt with Israel.
That was why Israel hated Syria around terribly. And in one of the occasions, this girl was kidnapped and taken away. But we can see what happened.
The girl was taken to his house. But what we read now said at one location, the girl went to the queen and said, can you talk to the boss? Can you talk to the master? This influential man, let’s go to Israel. He will be healed there.
Let’s go there.
And then the woman went to the husband and the husband went to the king. They got a letter.
King did speak it to the deep, like the Bible said. The letter was addressed to the king, not to the prophet.
And the most often you discover that people that are actually important in the land are not remembered. And that’s the reason why our country is going the way it’s going.
They think Nigeria can be built on the head of politicians. But there are prophets that can lay a helping hand.
And then they went there. The king cried out, this man wants to come again. He knew what he has done in the ones he And the king wept.
Then Elisha heard it and said, can’t tell that man to come, for he will surely know that there is a God in Israel.
And they went to bring the man. Elisha didn’t come out. He was inside.
And you cannot tell me that in those days that a prophet like Elisha will get a palace. It might be a bamboo with something covered with grasses.
But this man was very, very rich, extensively rich. And now he looked at the place and saw a servant coming. And the servant came to him and said, the prophet said, you should go to the river and do what? And dip yourself. How many times?
Can you imagine the type of anger in the mind of Nehman when the information came?
Who sent you? The prophet. You are the servant.
Do you know that in Syria, I don’t go to people, they come to me. And it’s not everybody that used to come. They are kings. And they bow before me.
I came before this wretched man and he’s sending you. Why wouldn’t he come and wave and let the thing get away?
He was teaching the prophet the way to do his work. Unfortunately, he has never been a prophet before.
And Elisha stayed inside. And the man was angry.
The maid knew that if he left in that condition, he was coming to do something terrible. And her own life was in danger.
Now, she went quietly to Nehman and said, sir, the man didn’t tell you anything tough to do. If he had told you to do tough things, wouldn’t you have done it?
Then why was she saying so? Because this girl has gone out with Nehman in many occasions to visit native daughters, to visit magicians, enchanters.
And she knew how much Nehman has spent on these liars. And still his problem remained the same.
And then he said, we didn’t tell you to bring all those things that people were stealing from you. It’s not good to go to the river deep there.
There is no need comparing that place with Aqaba. The river is in your country, but this one is in Israel.
Obey the prophet. Because we are coming to the girl. I’m telling us the story. That girl must be a child of God. Indeed.
Now, they followed her and they went to that river.
Nehman did come and came up. You know, people that want miracle like the way they used to say it now, sharp, sharp. And they will say, hey, we don’t dare you.
He has gone in first time and this man can be wicked. The thing is still there. He went in second time, came up, the thing is still there.
Hey. Oh yeah, try again. The third time, the leprosy was still there. The infections were there.
Fourth time, fifth time, sixth time, the man was the same way he was.
And maybe he was even having pains because leprosy used to have openings. And when water entered there, it would be a terrible pain.
And he would say, everybody was spanked seven times and they remain only one time. The thing is not even going small, small, small. Everything is the way it is.
And there was fear, statement in the land, everywhere. And then he did himself the seventh time and dropped off to look at his hand, but he couldn’t discover whether the hand was his own or not.
Because it was not the hand he carried from Syria that he saw. There was a new hand given by God. Only God can make the difference.
God will make difference in your lives.
And then the people that were outside, they jump into the water. They began to celebrate it.
But what we are just celebrating, the miracle happened. And now the man packed the thing.
I looked at one man today that studied the wealth that he brought. He was not already healed. So you can consider what magicians has taken from him.
And they calculated it. It said, they just put it at $1,000,000. That was before we began to know America and America knew that Nigeria.
You know that before myself, by 80s, Naira was period to dollars. There was a time it was 68 kubo to $1 by the time I knew.
You want to travel from here to Germany, you buy ticket 600 Naira. Not thousand, 600 Naira. You get 11 Naira into six. You buy ticket.
Consider that time, it was $1,000,000. If you calculate it today, it would be billions.
He brought it.
And the Elijah said, we don’t buy grace with this kind of price. Freely we receive, freely we give, we are free to go.
There was an honor to the God that that small girl in servitude proclaimed about.
Observations About the Servant Girl
Now I want to tell you about that girl, what she saw and how she remained and how God honored her.
Number one, she was kidnapped during the campaign. And so, you know, the type of tension that will be in you and then the trouble you will have that we are stolen by force and taken to a place that you don’t know.
You know that somebody could be beaten. Is it true? I’ve seen some people that we are taken like that.
They will come with revenge. If I know the people that this, this, then I will kill all of them. But the girl was there, no bitterness. A small girl, no bitterness.
Number two is in any king’s house, the major characters speak. It is the king that speaks, not anybody. No other person has authority to address anything in the house of the king.
If you check it, you will see only three women that have spoken in the house of the king and you will see the processes they followed.
This was the fourth one. She didn’t follow any process, she just went to the madam, which shows that she knew her God.
For they that do know their God shall be strong and do explore. And was the counselor to the madam.
I want you to tell, let’s go to Israel. And the madam immediately without questioning, because she knew who had spoken.
That girl would have lived an exemplary life there, not minding that she was not supposed to be there.
You know, our problem most often is not what we are passing through, is our attitude towards the matter that is on ground.
The challenge we face are provoked much more when we have the wrong character.
God did not tell us that there will be no tempest. He didn’t say there will be no galloping. He promised safe landing.
We have to be calm in the atmosphere of tempest. When the storm is raging, this girl was there.
And she canceled them, looked at it also. The neighbor was a leper.
What was the position of a leper in Israel? He was unclean. Am I right?
I must have a bill that he should remain in the wilderness. And any time you are moving, what do you do? You’re in your bed. Unclean, unclean, so that everybody will run.
They don’t come closer to other people.
But what happened? This girl was taken into the house of a leper. And by her background, she wasn’t supposed to be there.
But I don’t know, she knew God so well that she was able to live in that situation without being contaminated.
She was able to live there.
Bible Reflection: By the Rivers of Babylon (Psalm 137)
And if you check Israelite, they are very jealous of Jerusalem. And you know the temple of God in Jerusalem.
And this girl had been taken away into a stranger’s land.
Let’s go to Psalm 137. Let’s see the Israelites.
Let’s see how they take Jerusalem and anybody outside, calling them out of it, how they see that person. 137.
And see what the Lord can teach us from this small girl. Small in nature, in age, but mighty in the Lord.
From verse 1, by the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down. Yea, we did what? We remembered Zion.
We hanged our house upon the willows in the midst of the earth.
For there, they that carried us away captive required of us a song. And they that wasted us required of us mad, saying, sing us one of the songs of Zion.
And they began to lament and weep.
You know what they said? They said they took their harp and put it on the willow, the wailing tree. Why? Because joy had been stolen from them.
If they can’t see Jerusalem and the temple of God there, if they can’t go to fellowship with the Lord in that place, you say, how can we sing the Lord’s song in a strange land?
And then the cathars came to them and said, hey, we used to hear you people, because Jerusalem was on the mount. We used to hear those wonderful songs that you people used to render.
Can you sing those songs for us now? And that made them to break down into tears and they wept.
They said, we won’t sing it. You are not right to listen to such songs. The land is polluted to sing the Lord’s songs.
But this girl was singing it in the house of Naaman. And they made Naaman right so they could trust her.
Because any message you refuse to preach is a trouble you multiply.
Anywhere you are and you feel, I’m a Christian, I can do this, I can do that, you may lose your life because it is only the word of God that has power to solve all problems.
You cannot solve it by your own identity. You cannot solve it by the way you maybe separate yourself from them.
Bring in the word of God.
This young girl was there and was able to stay with them and then did what she’s supposed to do.
She didn’t say, you took me with no fellowship in Jerusalem. You can have fellowship anywhere you are.
In your destruction, you can have fellowship with God. In your challenges, you can have fellowship with God.
Some people say, the way I feel now, I can’t pray, I can’t even understand myself again. Because you have separated from God.
And at that point, you are insane.
It’s wrong.
That thing you are crying about, you don’t know what God wants to do with it. You don’t know.
There is no body on earth that is great in life that did not pass through the fire.
When we come to that, this is talking about this young girl. How she followed it in the house of Neyman and they won the army general.
Naaman’s Confession: “Now I Know”
You know what you want to know?
When the man finished and came out of the water, Neyman, and with this girl, they went to Elijah and brought that worth of one million dollar gifts.
And Elijah rejected it.
The man said before that, he said, now I know. Have you ever read it? That there is no God in your place except the God of Israel. At least.
This man now recognized that there was a God in Israel.
You remember that watchman is an instrument of warning to the other man. Have we been doing what we’re supposed to do?
Now business have pushed many people into the bushes. A lot of troubles in the country has made a lot of people to come down.
If you check our enthusiasm, our interest in the Lord, it has went terribly.
When I came to the watchman, I came with some brethren, some of them here from Edomata. We trekked from I’ve said it before.
I can’t remember that. I can’t forget that day. It’s like everybody from Edomata was going to Olale Center, far away from where we were.
I now asked this, our pastor, I said, do they have any ocean or sea around here? Because I’ve traveled for years through the sea.
You know what they answered me? Becoming.
And then I went with them.
When I reached there, I discovered it was a sea of human beings. Where they were praying.
Do they still pray in the church today? Lack of enthusiasm, lack of interest.
People don’t understand that it is at the toughest time that God manifests his name. It is at the toughest time that miracles are right.
They think that when troubles are coming, that God has offended them.
No way.
I want to tell you today, if you are passing through any trial, let it be known to you that you are a candidate for miracle. That you are a potential blessing before God.
Because somebody who is not sick has nothing to do with drugs in the hospital. He’s still sick.
And so if you have problem, then the Lord is waiting for you.
Because he will surely do you good in Jesus’ name. That is it.
Encouragement in Persecution and Opposition
So, my brother, whether you are passing through persecution or still for position, count it all joy.
Sometimes it could be somebody that is treating you, dealing with you, and is saying, by the time I finish with you, you will not be able to remember your name.
Well, that person is telling you that God will use him to bless you. There is no need to worry.
Whatever somebody is doing against you, persecution or the rest of them, don’t worry.
Scripture: Psalm 32:8
Let’s see Psalm 32, verse 8. Psalm 32, verse 8, and see that we don’t need to be in trouble at all.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go.
I will guide thee with my hand.
Do you see that? Instruction is a blessing.
Any day your pastor is instructing you, or your father in the Lord, or biological father, and instructing you in the Lord, that is a blessing.
Write it down. It’s a big blessing.
God said, I will instruct you, I will bless you, because when you get God’s instruction, you will not miss the road.
And at the end he said, I will guide you with my eyes. Anywhere you are going, I will follow you. You will never go alone.
In your trouble, I will be there with you. Count me in. I will never leave you to suffer alone.
I will come in there.
And Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, didn’t you see them in the fire? Who was the fourth man in the fire? The Lord came in there and turned the inferno to an air condition.
God will make your troubles to make you know that there is God in heaven.
Scripture: John 6:63
And this is it. Remember that Jesus told us in John 6, 63. Let’s see it.
John 6, 63. Remember, take the Word of God seriously.
What Jesus says there, take the Word of God very, very seriously, and it will do you well. It will do me well, all of us.
John 6, 63. It is the Spirit that quickeneth.
Okay. Yes. It is the Spirit that quickeneth.
The flesh profited nothing. Yes.
The words that I speak unto you, they are what? Spirit. And they are life.
Our Jesus said that the Word of God contains particles of the Holy Ghost. That as one is speaking it and you are listening, those particles will get inside you and will begin to work effectively.
Testimony About the Word of God
There is a testimony used to give, our Jesus, which you would have had many times.
When this watchman was, you know, in a new bed or about to be born, and they were going to the Jerusalem to preach the Gospel and to talk to people about Christ, that he had a lot of threatening, threatening over his life.
And he became so afraid that these people may kill him.
Of course, he said he read the Inquisition. If you read the Inquisition in Germany, read the Inquisition in Spain, you cannot, you cannot do that thing he did. Because these people, what they do is massacre.
And so he became terribly afraid. And fear was very much upon him that he said he went for fellowship.
And this man of God was preaching. He said he was listening. But as the man of God was talking, he came to a particular point.
He said, you are there. And God has given you something to do. But you are now afraid to pursue that thing.
He said, do not be afraid. Go out.
He said, he said that the Word went out like arrow and hit his heart.
And then he was saying, let him round up, let him round up.
And not have the fear in him. He went out to pray.
After praying, he said, I’m ready for anything.
That is the Word of God.
I want to tell you, fear, no. It may not be easy.
If it becomes easy, a lot of us will backslide.
You know why you say, thank God, since I was born again, there’s nothing like sin. I can drink, I can do.
It’s because of the troubles you are getting into.
If you see the fire that burns you when people even say what you didn’t do, you now consider when you do, it’s how it will be.
So those things are good for us.
God said, I will guide you with my eyes. He will not allow you to be broken. He will follow you up.
He will follow everyone up until we navigate out of it in Jesus’ name.
Every situation will be turned to testimony.
One Word Can Change Everything (John 11:43)
Do you know in your own situation now, I have just told you a testimony of what Jesus tells all of us every time.
But what do you think about yourself? Do you think that God, Jesus, does not care for you?
Do you know what the Word of God can do? One word spoken.
Do you know what it can do? Do you know that at the go, one word spoken can do many, many, many things.
Take for example, when Jesus entered in the place, they invited him that his friend Lazarus had died.
And then he came in and then looked at the place. After he went, he said, take away the stone.
Now, what did he say? Let’s see John 11, 43.
From 43. Let’s see it. Let’s see.
One word. If you get one word and hold it today, you will never remain the same.
John chapter 11, 43.
And when he thought he had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
And if you read this, what we say, and he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with grave clothes, and his face was bound about with a napkin.
Jesus said unto them, loose him and let him go.
Now, we are saying what one word spoken which you have caught can do.
Somebody can just say, he said, Lazarus, come forth. And Lazarus came forth.
How did it happen?
How many things happened before he came forth?
Lazarus was dead for a good four days. There was terrible dehydration. The water in him would have all dropped out for the maggots to begin to eat him.
The eardrum would have been eaten off. The nose would carry a lot of maggots because these are the first places where force of action takes place.
And then everything has dropped. Senses are dropped. You know, the ligaments are broken. That was why he could decay.
Four days, Martha said, don’t open the grave, he will smell a lot. So he was smelling.
It was not just a dead body, it was a decayed body.
But ordinary one word, Lazarus, come forth.
All the waters that the ground has collected, they released it. Immediately.
He didn’t say, where are you? Did he say so?
All the maggots that are eating him up, they vomited everything they ate up.
The eardrum were built bad. The eye socket that are falling apart, they all get well again and become robust.
Everything, the hands, all the ligaments in the body, the veins and all that, that have all been torn apart, mangled by sickness and death and decay, they were all restored back at one word.
I may not know how many things you are suffering. Decay in business or deadness in business or spiritual life. First love is gone, dead. And then you are just coming and going. But there is nothing in you.
I may not know. And some people may discover in the compound where you are living that you are no longer the way you used to be. And sometimes they will touch themselves and say, this man we knew when he was a child of God. This woman.
Listen, this time I speak the word of God, that is spirit and life. Come forth.
And everything in your life must come forth. There will be renewal in your life.
And so, hear me, fear not.
Can I hear somebody say, fear not. Say it very well.
You know, the Lord will take control of everything concerning you.
Transition
Finance Subheading (Introduced)
Like I said before, maybe your business is mangled, maybe a fire incident or destruction of shops, don’t worry.
All this trouble may be that God is telling you that you need to be a landlord very soon so that nobody will disturb you again.
This is true. That’s the way God works.

Haven’t heard all this one that we said so far?
This little servant girl that couldn’t complain It is good that at this point I will tell the church, murmuring is not for us.
Warning Against Murmuring and Agitation
It doesn’t help. It destroys.
Look, don’t destroy the church with your mouth where God is visiting you and other people. Don’t.
If there is anything in the church that God needed to touch, bring it to God through prayers. This is very, very important.
Agitation is not a Christian quality.
If we agitate in the church, it will be very, very bad.
Do you know churches that have agitated? Have you been to Pentecostal churches? Some of them fought and fought until there were no churches there. Sometimes they killed the pastor.
It is not a Christian quality, agitation.
So, everybody, let’s follow the Lord by his grace, love one another, and then follow as the way the Lord is leading, and God Almighty will do us good in Jesus’ name.
Scripture: Psalm 27:10
David said, even if my mother and my father forsake me.
Open the psalm to Psalm 27, please. Open Psalm 27, cancelling us.
Any moment you complain, you become lame.
To complain means to become lame because you reduce something from yourself.
Psalm 27, verse 10.
When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me off.
And some people will tell you that David is not trying to say anything against his father and his mother.
Of course, we don’t permit any child to speak against mother and father, but you know that David, he was a child of God, the sweet family of Israel.
That what he said was not just ordinary story.
You remember when Samuel came to the house and asked that Jesse, the father, should bring all his children. Did the man bring? He brought all of them except David.
That is forsaken.
He didn’t deem him worthy to be among the people that God could anoint.
Even though Samuel made the initial mistake and said this is the one, God said it’s not the one.
And then he went through all of them, nobody.
And he said, is there not any other?
He just don’t forsake him. God has something to do with him.
And he said, we are not sitting down until you call him.
Eventually, it’s that one that is abandoned in the bush that God selected.
Wow.
Brethren, if you fight for yourself, you will have a lot of injuries.
Let’s allow God.
Let’s do what? Everything is urgent in the hand of God, the instrument, in the hand of God.
And God knows how to play the best instrument. He knows how to blow his bridge upon them and something great will happen.
The only thing you will ask God is to give you the heart to behave always as a child of God.
Sometimes comments may be too much upon you and you are reacting.
God will get away. Give him opportunity. Leave him.
Bear the trouble. Cry when it’s time to cry. Weep in the night, but stay calm.
You know, David here can also be talking to you that your best friend can be severed from you. Best friend.
Trouble can make your best friend misunderstand you and walk away.
But David said, I take solace in the Lord.
Will you take solace in the Lord?
When things are bad, nobody wants to stay. Even wife doesn’t want to stay.
You are very much in peace with your wife, with your husband. When things begin to collapse, everybody will begin to question, am I sure that I’m in the right place?
Don’t move.
There are people that will say, this is what happened after 2025. In fact, I will look at another church.
What’s the reason?
I’ve been here 20 years, I’m not married. I’ve been here 10 years, no child.
Listen, it is not all about having children. Not all about marriage.
We are coming.
Subheading 2
The Steward of God (Psalm 23:5)
Remember, I’m in the final subheading, the steward of God.
Psalm 23, verse five. Hallelujah.
So you are so much alive.
Psalm 23, verse five. And it says, let’s read it together.
Go.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies. Thou anointest my head with oil, my cup runneth over.
This is God talking.
Now, God is here.
He said, I will make a feast for you, banquet.
It is somebody you like that you want to make a party and celebrate.
Somebody you love, you want to show that you love the person. Is it true? Yes.
Now, there was a place.
Our daddy sent me to minister in IGMC. So I went there.
I discovered that there were some old men, old women. They chatted very cool.
They would just come to a place like this event center.
They stayed there, they are happy.
Somebody will sing for them. They laugh.
From 70 years to 1900, they don’t want to die on time.
They left troubles. They just want to laugh.
I told that pastor there. I said, please, go and sing and minister to them.
He said, I’ve done it before. If I go there now, they will begin to cry.
You know, the question they were asking, where was God when my husband died?
Where was God when my auntie was sick and we cried and spent money and they died?
No, no, no. There is no God.
You don’t blame them. It’s because they have no teacher. They have not known.
And sometimes it happens to people in the church.
I do not pray that and God will not allow matters above you to come to you. Never.
Anything God allows, it is for his plans to make you great, to be established.
He’s not allowing it to weaken you. There is no wickedness in God.
God’s Banquet in the War Front
And so, look at this one.
Somebody, if there is God, why trouble everywhere? Why this one?
And God said, I’m preparing a party for you by the party within the battlefield.
Are you listening to that?
It will be in the war front.
Why do you call him man of war?
He said, I will put it at the center of your enemies.
And you’ll be saying, I will come.
He said, you will come. I will invite you.
In fact, I am the host to God and you are the special guest of honor.
How are you going to run?
And he will tell you, if you don’t have money for new clothes, I will make new clothes for you.
I give you clothes of many colors.
He said, come, you won’t get it anywhere.
Brethren, there is no Christianity of comfort.
God said, I will put it at the center of war.
And he said, it will be public. I will not hide so that they will not see us.
It will be in the public so that every eye will see you and they will see me that I’m there.
God, I’m so afraid. Why are you afraid?
I have protection. I’m the governor of all nations.
If I have allowed you, they would have killed you before now.
And because I’m there, you have nothing to fear.
But human beings are always afraid.
Let me ask you, don’t you fear?
Sometimes we be afraid. Very shaky.
But God said, I will put you there.
And you ask, Lord, why are you in the war front?
I want to prove before the whole world that I love you and that I’m a good God.
War front, the place of trouble, so that all glory will come to who? Will be to God, not to man.
All glory will be to God.
The Banquet Means Fellowship and Approval
Now, the banquet he’s talking about here has two meanings.
Some people say it’s taboo in Jewish language, taboo.
But what does it mean?
It simply means one, fellowship, and two, approval.
Fellowship for what? Approval.
God said that when you are passing through attack, that is the war front.
When fire is burning you, over things, matters you don’t know, that is war front.
He said, I will come there to have fellowship with you. I will be there.
I will celebrate with you.
There, I will make people know that you have my approval.
Listen, everyone, may God’s approval be immediately shown upon your life this year. Very much.
Why God Allows Trials
So, the war front, please, you know, like myself, sometimes I ask myself, I don’t normally, before we became Christians, I don’t like trouble.
I don’t make friends, even in the school.
If I return from this, I can stay one month inside the room.
Why should God want to put us in trouble when we came for peace?
And God made me to know that every human being needs purification. Purification.
We need to be passed through heat and the fire and furnace of burning.
How now?
One, number one reason, it is for a test. That test is your love.
You have been telling him, I love you, Lord.
It will be weighed in the balance, whether it is fake or original.
It is through test we know who we stand.
Number two, only human being is the being that was taken from the soil, land.
That is, was made from the sand. Am I right?
And anything that proceeds from the ground is filled with impurities.
Count them, diamond, gold, silver, California.
All of them must pass through the horrible furnace of burning before they will come out gold or diamond.
Am I right?
And therefore, for you to be whom God wants you to be, he must allow the heat and fire of trials so that he can get the original true and right specification.
If not, we will disappoint him.
Can I hear you say amen? Amen.
And so the troubles are not there to kill us. They are there to make us vessels for God’s use.
And so when we are brought to that level, then we will see that God does not make mistakes.

Now check your troubles. Check all of them.
We just talked of the girl in the Bible.
I read of one girl, African girl.
They were taken during that time of selling slaves and then taken to America.
And during the time, by 1990, there was a law that talks about inheritance.
And therefore, this lady was sold in a particular family that had inheritance in the Oklahoma area.
And so they were to give them land.
But because it was the black girl there that was going to receive the inheritance, the law said in those days, a black person doesn’t go to good places where white people enter.
They can’t enter first class or in a better front of the vehicles or the same vehicle sometimes.
They use some slurs.
In conflict, they have some slurs for black Negroes.
They have slurs for Spanish people.
They have some slurs for the Asians.
And so especially the black African Americans, they have a lot of limitations.
So they said, give that girl land in a place called barren area, hilly, rocky, and barren.
Because the law said we should give them. So give them there.
Let them not be close to where white people will get inheritance.
And they gave her.
She was born in 1902. It was exactly the time they gave the land.
And somebody shouted hallelujah.
And then before the girl became, after 11 years, at the 1913, when the girl was 11 years, the father was not able to pay for some thing they supposed to pay for the land.
Because the land was 160 acres.
He was not able to pay for some things for his daughter.
So he called the company to come there, take over, and be paying the school fees of the daughter.
But when the company came there and stayed, it was an oil company.
Before you know it, by 1913, it was discovered that that barren area was rich in oil.
And they were getting 2,500 barrels of oil every day from that land.
And the name of the person is Sarah Roker.
And she became the richest black African, the richest black lady in America, all America.
In fact, there were not many people that can match her worth at 11 years.
And then the governor of Oklahoma changed the law and said she was a black.
But we amend our law from today, she becomes a white.
Because they couldn’t stand the horror of understanding that the black person was the richest in the country.
Surrender Kills Anxiety
God wants to change things about you. You must allow him. Allow the law.
Let him look at, if you follow God, if you give him everything, you will kill anxiety.
Anxiety. What am I going to do? Your heart is beating fast. It happens to all of us.
There is the time you wake up when God has loved you.
You decide to say, Lord, I surrender. That’s the best time.
You lose control. Because God will be able to give what you have given to him.
And that gets it today.
Until she died, they were worshipping her.
I see this coming year becoming the best years of your life.
Lord, let us not go outside God.
Let us not worry.
God is able to do what he said he will do.
Do you believe he will do it? I’m asking you.
Personal Fire Incident Illustration
When I was going to school, I just came out of the library, and I looked at the memory, it was on fire.
Where was the fire coming from?
Sometimes it’s human beings that are putting it.
That particular year, the people came through the river Niger and put the thing.
It’s like they had put drums.
I was there. I was among the first person that went.
I entered there. I thought it was like to go and help people to carry.
I didn’t know that it was like entering the grave.
All the criminals came to that place and blocked the road.
You can’t breathe. I escaped by whiskers to help people carry.
Because they lost their own goods, maybe their money finished, they say everybody will suffer.
Not everybody will suffer.
If God allows your goods to burn, that means that that condition you wear, maybe a millionaire or a billionaire, that that condition has expired.
God wants to take you to another level.
No human being can stop him.
The Banner of Love in the War Front
You know what? You see this place now, at the forefront where God put us for banquet, the only signal we watch is the flag.
It is the flag that tells you when the war is going against you or for you.
Anytime you look up and see the flag, you know that the war is still in your favor.
But once the flag is maxed down, it means wrong for your life.
But the Bible said his banner over us is what?
And in the war front, the flag is down.
You look at it and God said, I love you.
Which means let all the demons in Nigeria gather together.
They will not be able to stop what God will do for you.
You will have to stay.
Persecutions, oppositions, trouble, heat, fire cannot hinder God.
Can I hear you say that?
Persecutions, oppositions, fire cannot hinder God.
Say it louder.
So you have to change from today knowing that wherever you are, God knows about it.
And that is the place God wants you to be so that he can manifest his power.
That’s the place he wants you to be.
Offense, Burdens, and Giving It to God
If you see many people in the church nowadays, everybody is crying first.
On the road, they just pass. You say, sister, brother saw me, didn’t greet me. Maybe he didn’t see you.
Because of the troubles around, now everybody’s heart is on that trouble.
How are you going to solve the problem that is weighing you down?
Give it to God.
When you give it to God and God takes over his, will you still feel the weight?
You won’t feel the weight if you are so worried you will not think well.
You will not reason well.
But when the weight is off you, joy will come in.
When God speaks, you will hear him.
When he directs, you will hear him.
Testimony: Container Seizure Turned to Favor
Did you see the man that said the way they seized his container?
I just got a call from Turkey.
He thought he was going to die.
The company said, come to Turkey, we want you to represent us in Nigeria.
And he said that everything he had, both the containers were not one over ten of the contract they gave him in Turkey.
He began to dance.
Your level is changing this time.
I say your level is changing this time.
Ruth and Hope Beyond Loss
If you have been in a place where people don’t care, maybe somebody you lost your husband and your children have been maltreated and the rest of them.
Watch out. You are not going to die in that condition. God will change it.
You remember Ruth? She lost her husband and she’s among the grandparents, mother of Jesus.
Did she die in pain? Today we still remember her.
Somebody will remember you tomorrow.
You will be an example of God’s love in Jesus’ name.
Call to Prayer
Rise Up to Pray
Let’s rise up to pray. Let’s rise up to pray.
See, I see something great going to happen in somebody’s life.
Like I have told you before, it is the word that weakens. It gives life.
But the word of God is spirit and it is life.
As you believe in all we have had so far, you will never go back and remain the same.
I say you will never remain the same.
Believe it.
God that changed the people of the past, he will change your situation.
He will change everything about you.
We had a lot of testimonies from our years. Remember them. Remember them.
I had testimonies to share with us.
Some of them is shared with us this afternoon.
But I discovered that if I share the testimony, I will not be able to preach this message because it was very emotional.
It could be sometimes some of the things we are passing through and we think there is no hope.
I tell you, not just hope, great expectation.
God will change every situation.
I say God will change every situation.
Joseph’s Story Applied
I say I don’t even have a business. I don’t even know. I’m confused.
When I get up in the morning, I move up and down. Don’t worry.
That was what Joseph’s brother told him when he said, I saw a dream.
What did you see? I saw the shapes. I saw the sun and moon.
I saw the falling down.
And I looked at all of you are just bowing before me.
And then when he went to check them in the bush, they say, here come the dream.
What’s the interpretation of that?
They said, look at the frustrated man. Look at the boy that born yesterday.
The mother is not even supposed to be a wife to her father.
He’s talking nonsense.
Okay, let’s save him and see how he’s going to be.
When we give him to Ishmaelites, they will use him for pepper soup.
And they sold him away.
They didn’t know they were taking him free of charge to where the vision will be fulfilled.
I want to tell you it is well.
Can I hear you say it is well? It is well.
Exhortation to Pray in Faith
I want you to begin to pray now with hope and faith in the Lord.
Begin to pray. Talk to God. Begin to pray.
No need in being anxious, worrying, wanting to kill yourself, not sleeping through the night.
Give it to God.
Think about that thing you are thinking about.
Is it supposed to be there? Are you supposed to be thinking about those things?
Think about it.
Let’s stop every criticism.
Let’s stop all those things and move ahead.
If you do not understand somebody, go close to him and ask and tell him you are misunderstanding.
It will be better for us.
We are children of God.
You may be the person holding the key to my success.
I may be the one holding the key to your success.
And when we come together, a miracle will spread in the midst of the watchman.
This is true.
So, for God is willing and is bent on doing us good.
And this is very true. This is very true.

Personal Ministry Experience and Warning
Now, when I was a pastor, that Finnish ministry, when I went to Oka, before that, God made me to know that some of us pastors were going to die, and I escaped it, I remember one person, it was while I was in Oka, he was the minister the next day, I told them that God made me to know that people that were to minister here, that devil wanted to kill them, so that this program will not hold, can ask them to force their minister, I returned again, I said, let’s want this program to be closed, for me, I have escaped, because I wouldn’t have gone there at all, we are precious, don’t get offended that something wrong is happening to you, it is because of how precious you are, but if you do not recognize it, the miracle will come, you will bypass, and then, I was about to go Sunday, they said, ah, you are not going, look at what happened, I said, we have been praying for him, in Lagos, we prayed for him, and when that thing happened, I told them, we prayed for him, I want to tell you that at least, you will never die prematurely, it is not the will of God, you won’t die prematurely, our families, nobody will die prematurely, in Jesus’ name,
Words of Direction and Faith
I will pray for your business, tell everybody, but those that are crying because of the fire, let them pay attention, and after my prayers, God will be talking to you, like a father speaks to a child, you may be sleeping, he says, wake up, and you get up, if you believe, and say, move, you will be moving, you will know where you are going, until you get to a place where you are needed, people will be asking, what happened, what happened, we don’t understand, they will not understand, that’s God’s way,

so this year, from now, the new year, there will be new understanding, there will be new vision, look, don’t doubt it, if you make the pastors where you are happy, watchman has pastors that are well equipped, they have, I have been telling people, I stayed from outside, they have third hands, they have matured ministers that can suffer for the Lord and stand, but it’s like, we ourselves are supposed to say daddy, daddy, and then do well, it’s like we are slacking, but it will not be any longer, stretch out your hands anywhere you are, and those hands will be blessed, God will equip you, you know, take this thing I am saying, when I am called to minister, I will do it, but I just don’t like, after we have been in the Lord, it will look like we didn’t go to him at all, no, it’s not good,
Giving and Conquering the Devil
this year, you will just willingly look at one of your pastors and the rest of them and say, give him this thing, the person will say, to whom? And you will give a car that you will not give money for fuel, if we spread it, eh, the way to conquer devil is small, check it, Jesus thought about money more than he thought about hell, even heaven, because it’s money that will show whether you have quality of going to heaven or not
